service hi-tech company is looking for a Director of Finance & Ops who will
plan, deploy, and direct systems for the control of operations in order to
optimize shareholder value. Lead all internal supplier functions (finance, HR,
IT, facilities) in their roles supporting the technical and sales departments in
order to ensure optimized organizational performance. Having a CPA
certification is required with 8 - 10 years of experience in the wireless
telecommunications environment.

a person with a strong manufacturing
background, solid computer skills, especially with Excel and SAP, as
well as a good knowledge of internal controls. Reporting to the
Operations Controller, this person will be the #2 person in the Accounting
Dept. The ideal candidate will have 4
- 6 years of experience in a
manufacturing environment with a focus on cost
accounting. Individual will
lead a cost team of 3 as well as overseeing monthly financial closing and
handling such areas as inventory control and analysis and the preparation
of operating budgets and forecasts.
Having a CPA, CMA, or MBA could be a plus but the candidate who is smart and
